Your Role
The Premier Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing the Bank's affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) customer segment in line with the Bank's aspirations and client value proposition (CVP). The role focuses on increasing investable assets, fee income, and customer base through strategic acquisition, migration, and retention initiatives.
How You'll Contribute
- Drive growth in deposits, investments, and fee-based products to achieve profitability targets.
- Strengthen client relationships to deepen wallet share and manage attrition.
- Lead customer acquisition and migration from mass to premier segments.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners (Trust, Global Markets, Cards, Consumer Lending) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of Premier Banking strategies and campaigns.
- Support branches in executing segment initiatives and maintaining service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business development capabilities.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Experience in investment product sales or relationship management is an advantage.
