Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as Relationship Manager under Dagupan Business Center, Luzon Commercial Banking Group, Institutional Banking Sector. The role is located in Dagupan but allows for some work from home flexibility.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a loan portfolio, business relationships, acquiring new clients, and providing financial services to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related field
At least 3 years of experience in relationship management, credit analysis, corporate/commercial lending, preferably from a banking or financial institution
Ability to manage and grow a loan portfolio of business clients
Strong background in credit evaluation, loan structuring and familiarity with bank products and services
Excellent business development skills with a strategic mindset for identifying new opportunities and cross-selling solutions
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation
Effective in client negotiations and relationship building, with the ability to engage with entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Willingness to conduct regular client calls and fieldwork within assigned areas
