The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and managing the bank's salary loan portfolio by developing strong partnerships with accredited companies and institutional clients. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, loan portfolio growth, and ensuring excellent customer service while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new salary loan accounts through field marketing and client referrals
- Conduct client presentations and orientations on salary loan products and services
- Endorse loan applications, ensure completeness of requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for processing and approval
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, including releases, repayments, and delinquencies
- Achieve assigned sales targets, portfolio growth, and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, consumer lending, or relationship management (salary loans experience is an advantage)
- Strong background in sales and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with strong customer relationship management skills
- Willing to do field work and client visits
