Job Description

GreenGSM Philippines is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Relationship Manager to support customers throughout their vehicle financing journey. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and partner banks, assisting with loan applications, coordinating financing requirements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient approval process.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of consumer lending and auto financing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Financing Support

  • Guide customers through the vehicle financing and loan application process.
  • Explain available financing options, loan terms, and requirements to customers.
  • Assist customers in completing and submitting loan application documents.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their loan applications.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financing and loan approvals.
  • Bank & Financial Institution Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and partner banks.
  • Coordinate with bank relationship managers, credit officers, and loan processing teams to facilitate approvals.
  • Monitor loan applications and follow up on pending requirements or approvals.
  • Resolve documentation issues and application concerns that may delay processing.
  • Support the achievement of financing approval targets and turnaround times.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partner bank products, promotions, and financing programs.
  • Promote financing solutions that best meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the financing process.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track financing applications, approvals, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan application status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on financing performance and application outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, lending, customer relationship management, auto financing, or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
