Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a a multinational chemical manufacturing company in their search for a Supplier Relationship Manager, Indirect (Malay Speaker) based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Salary Range: Up to ₱120,000 Basic Pay + Language Premium of up to ₱70,000 (depending on Malay proficiency) + ₱10,000 Additional Allowance

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

The role

The Supplier Relationship Manager, Indirect will support strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management activities across indirect procurement categories within a global shared services environment. The role requires strong experience in commercial negotiations, contract management, and CAPEX procurement while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to support procurement initiatives and operational objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing and procurement initiatives across indirect categories such as MRO, consumables, PPE, facility services, tools, and CAPEX-related requirements
  • Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions to support cost optimization and supplier performance objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships including onboarding, accreditation, performance reviews, and supplier coordination activities
  • Support sourcing activities including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract renewals
  • Conduct spend analysis and procurement reporting to identify sourcing opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and regional stakeholders to address procurement requirements and supplier-related concerns
  • Monitor supplier performance, procurement trends, and potential supply risks
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance standards, and internal controls
  • Utilize procurement and ERP systems for sourcing activities, reporting, and purchasing support
  • Contribute to procurement process improvement and operational support initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in indirect materials procurement within a multinational or industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in commercial contract negotiation and strategic sourcing for indirect procurement categories (non-negotiable)
  • Experience handling CAPEX procurement and high-value sourcing initiatives
  • Proven experience supporting sourcing projects including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, and contract management
  • Exposure to indirect procurement categories such as MRO, consumables, PPE, tools, facility services, and operational materials
  • Familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and regional environment
  • Malay language proficiency required (professional working proficiency or higher preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement reporting tools
