Key Responsibilities
1. Explore and initiate the development of new loan/deposit accounts
2. Maintain existing accounts for repeat business
3. Cross-sell other products of the Bank to enhance the contribution from the clients
4. Monitors availments, payments, interest dues of existing clients
5. Prepare loan renewal/extension proposal and annual loan review
6. Orient and train newly hired Assistant Relationship Managers
7. Supervise and monitor the execution of the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Relationship Managers
8. Monitor industry updates and major developments on assigned Conglomerates
Job Requirements
1. Must possess a Bachelor's degree major in Finance/Business Management/Banking/Marketing or any related field
2. At least 5 years of work experience in relationship management handling large corporate accounts
3. Proven track record of managing high-value corporate clients
4. Experience in credit assessement is an advantage
5. Knowledge of loan structuring, working capital assessment , and project finance
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
