Job Description

The B2B Account Officer is responsible for driving business growth through partnerships with car dealers, agents, and corporate clients, focusing on insurance. The role combines sales, account management, and relationship-building in a B2B setting.

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote ZenInsure / Carmudi financial and insurance products to car dealers, agents, and partner businesses
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients to expand the network
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
  • Use personal networks and fieldwork to generate loan/insurance applications

2. Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealer and partner accounts
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct regular visits, follow-ups, and performance reviews with partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B sales, auto finance, or insurance preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets
  • Willing to do fieldwork / client visits
  • Background in automotive, lending, or insurance is a strong advantage
