Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Paraaque. As a Regulatory Compliance Officer at EQUILIFE, you will ensure adherence to all relevant local and international healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities include reviewing and updating compliance policies, conducting audits, liaising with regulatory agencies, and ensuring timely submission of required documentation. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to implement compliance measures and providing training on regulatory standards as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Procedures, and interpreting legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong skills in Documentation, Audit Coordination, and Policy Development.
  • Excellent Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with regulatory agencies and train internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Healthcare Administration, or other related fields; a professional certification in compliance is an advantage.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
