As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, guide products through approval processes, and provide regulatory expertise that supports DEG's continued innovation and our goal of delivering 100 million DEG products by 2031.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Manage regulatory requirements and serve as a key point of contact with the FDA, ensuring timely responses to regulatory communications and requirements.
  • Manage Regulatory Submissions – Prepare, monitor, and optimize submissions for product registrations, licenses, certifications, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assess Regulatory Risks – Monitor regulatory changes, conduct gap analyses, and identify potential compliance risks that may impact products or business operations.
  • Manage Change Controls – Evaluate product and process changes to ensure continued compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Provide Regulatory Guidance – Support product development and cross-functional teams by providing regulatory inputs on design and development, testing, labeling, marketing, and other regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Allied Health course
  • Licensed Professional from an Allied Health course
  • 1+ year of Regulatory Affairs experience in Cosmetics, Household, Medical Device, Food, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong Regulatory Knowledge – Subject matter expertise in regulatory requirements and the ability to provide guidance on product development, change control, testing, labeling, and marketing.
  • Excellent Communication & Writing Skills – Able to communicate regulatory requirements clearly and prepare accurate regulatory documentation.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple regulatory projects, requirements, and deadlines with accuracy.
