Regulatory Affairs Specialist

This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.

What You'll Do:

• You will serve as the primary liaison with the FDA, LTO, and DTI
• You will apply for and renew licenses, permits, and certifications required to commercialize our Private Labels and Exclusive Brand products
• You will monitor updates, and ensure products remain compliant with local legislation
• You will support the Category Teams in preparing documentation, verifying compliance, and addressing quality assurance requirements

What You'll Bring:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or any related field
• You are a Licensed Pharmacist or hold a valid Professional License in a related field such as Food Technology, Chemistry, or Nutrition, as required for FDA regulatory work
• You have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably with FDA compliance or product registration of food products
• You have excellent organizational and project management skills
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
