What You'll Do:
- Support the preparation and submission of product registrations and notifications through the FDA e-Portal.
- Compile regulatory documents and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for required information.
- Track the status of regulatory submissions, renewals, and amendments to ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain regulatory databases and ensure product registration records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage the Product Information File (PIF) library for easy retrieval during audits or inspections.
- Review marketing materials to ensure product claims align with registered product information.
- Perform other related tasks to support regulatory compliance and product launch timelines.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of FDA regulations, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and data management.
- Familiar with navigating the FDA Philippines website and regulatory resources.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
