Job Summary:
Our Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager plays a significant role in day-to-day regulatory controls, efficient and compliant operations based on government standards and in ensuring products being carried by the organization pass the local and regional quality processes.
This role focuses on:
- Completing and validating all required Own Brand registration being sold by the company.
- Completing and validating all necessary License to Operate (LTO) initial and renewal applications for all outlets (store and e-store) and Pharmacist-in-charge roster per outlet.
- Coordinating with Own and Exclusive Brands suppliers for relevant Quality Assurance processes (i.e., New Product Development, Testing processes, Post Marketing Surveillance)
- Regularly conducting product compliance to FDA labeling rules and regulations on products already released in the market.
