Get to know the Role

We are looking for a strategic Regional Technology Implementation Senior Specialist to own the roadmap and performance of our Sales Technology Stack. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the Commercial Sales teams, the Technical teams, and our technology partners. You will not just administer tools; you will be the Product Owner for our ecosystem. You will translate complex business needs into technical requirements, manage the rollout of new features, and hold our vendors accountable for delivering value. Your goal is to ensure our technology is not just deployed, but actively driving sales efficiency and revenue.

The day-to-day activities:

Strategic Implementation & Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end rollout of sales tools and features. You will manage the product roadmap from gathering business requirements (what Sales needs) to technical deployment (what Tech builds).

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Own the relationships with key technology partners. You will manage contract renewals, lead QBRs, and advocate for feature enhancements that drive value for Grab.

Adoption & Optimization: Monitor tool usage data and ROI. You will identify adoption gaps and partner with Enablement/Training teams to execute change management strategies that ensure the sales force actually uses the tools effectively.

User Management & Support: Manage end-to-end user provisioning (sending invites, granting access) for sales tools and serve as the first line of support for troubleshooting login issues or permission tickets.

System & Admin Operations: Configure and set up in-app interactive walkthroughs to guide users through platform processes, maintain internal databases, update contact lists, and support the regional team with ad-hoc projects and operational administrative tasks.

The must haves:

Experience: 47+ years of experience in Information Technology, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Product Management, with a specific focus on Sales Technology.

Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of the sales tech landscape. Experience administering or implementing technology tools within an organization

Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects (e.g., a software rollout across multiple countries). Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Stakeholder Management: High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage expectations of senior Sales Leaders while speaking the technical language of Engineering/IT teams.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at tool usage data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations on whether to renew, upgrade, or churn a tool.

Requirements Gathering: Strong skill in conducting user interviews to understand what the business needs versus what the business wants, and translating that into technical requirements.

The nice to haves:

Salesforce Certification: Administrator or Consultant certification.

Change Management: Certification (e.g., Prosci) or proven experience in managing organizational change.
