Job Description

Tatler Asia is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Editor & Strategist to lead and grow our regional luxury lifestyle, community and travel presence on social media. This role is perfect for a dynamic digital storyteller who understands lifestyle categories, audience growth, and platform trends, with a proven ability to create engaging, social-first content. You will shape and execute our social media strategy, leveraging insights, partnerships, and emerging toolsincluding AIto drive reach, engagement, and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional content on our social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy to grow audiences, drive engagement, and enhance brand positioning.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-native content (short-form video, reels, carousels, stories, and static posts) that resonate and engages audiences.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout) to track performance, optimize content, and inform editorial, marketing, and commercial decisions.
  • Experience in boosting content to optimise performance across follower growth and engagement
  • Engage with our social communitycommenting, responding, and fostering conversations that deepen brand affinity.
  • Collaborate with regional editorial, branded content, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of content across all touchpoints.
  • Experiment with AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency in content creation, copywriting, and audience engagement.
  • Stay ahead of digital and social trends, identifying and proposing new growth opportunities, revenue streams, and innovative content formats.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and growing social media accounts, preferably in digital media, luxury and or lifestyle media.
  • Deep expertise in social media platforms, audience growth tactics, and content optimization.
  • Strong video and visual storytelling skills, with experience in creating engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude, eager to experiment, innovate, and drive impact.
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation, audience analysis and productivity improvements.
  • Background in luxury brand marketing, digital advertising, or influencer collaborations.
