About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven individual to lead and scale our SME sales operations under the Agent Model.

This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth, strengthening market penetration, leading high-performing sales teams, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong financial acumen and a proven track record in financial services or retail sales leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Years of experience as department/division head of sales and marketing from a financial service or retail industry.
  • Ability to interpret financial figures and develop measurable action plans.
  • Creates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical plans.
  • Logical and Critical Thinker. Driven by Data in decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the effectiveness of all SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and sales channel productivities in assigned region.
  • Sets regional sales strategies and tactics for achievement of set targets and short-and-long terms growth projection aligned too the
  • Identifies market and merchant opportunities in all areas in assigned region and sets penetration plan to gain significant market share.
  • Aligns with SME department managers and/or specialists to accomplish set plans, achievement of agreed goals, timely realization of KPIs and KRAs, and flawless policy compliance.
  • Institutionalize effective and efficient programs to ensure a high SME store active rate under Agent Model and optimum Agent productivity in relation to plans and set goals.
  • Coaches and mentors, all regional SME Sales Personnel under Agent Model and works with the NSM for Agent Model in crafting training program updates and efficacies.
  • Evaluates all assigned regional Sales Personnel performance periodically, such as weekly/monthly/quarterly and set performance milestones to reach optimum level.
  • Works with other department personnel to develop sales programs or improve processes to maximize potential, capture market opportunities, or minimize market risks.
