Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Regional Sales Manager at Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the sales team within a specific region, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. They will collaborate with agents, brokers, and team members, organize events, and manage relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and consistently driving growth and innovation within the assigned region.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee sales performance and motivate teams.
  • Sales and negotiation expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive market.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adapt strategies, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets and experience in similar roles is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and coordinate with global teams as needed.
