Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Manila with flexibility for some remote work. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales operations in designated territories, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and manage channel partners and brokers. You will coach and support your team to meet and exceed sales targets while analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with support staff and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market insights.

  • Proven experience in sales strategies, goal setting, and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide team members
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Adaptable to hybrid work environments and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of the real estate sector and familiarity with the international market is an advantage
