The Regional Operations Officer is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing all offline marketing and operational activities within the assigned region. The role ensures effective execution of company strategies, achievement of acquisition and revenue targets, strong governance, and consistent operational standards across all areas. The position provides
strategic direction, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment to drive sustainable regional growth.
1. Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Leads regional planning, execution, and performance management aligned with national offline marketing strategies.
Translates corporate objectives into region-specific action plans, programs, and targets.
Ensures consistent execution of OFM and BU-cascaded programs across all assigned areas.
Area & Market Management
Oversees area profiling, market analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Monitors competitive landscape, LGU dynamics, and channel effectiveness within the region.
Approves and prioritizes region-wide initiatives based on market potential and ROI.
People & Performance Management
Directly manages Regional Managers / Area Development Specialists and other field leaders.
Sets clear KPIs, conducts regular performance reviews, coaching, and development sessions.
Ensures proper recruitment, onboarding, retention, and productivity of agents and promo ambassadors through field leaders.
Program Execution & Governance
Ensures timely, compliant, and high-quality execution of all projects, blitzes, festivals, and activations.
Conducts regular work-with and audit visits to validate compliance with standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
Leads post-mortem reviews of major regional programs and drives continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Leads high-level negotiations and relationship management with LGUs, regional partners, and key external stakeholders.
Approves strategic partnerships, contracts, and large-scale regional agreements.
Represents the company in regional forums, meetings, and negotiations.
Financial & Resource Management
Owns regional budget planning, allocation, monitoring, and optimization.
Ensures cost efficiency while maximizing impact and revenue contribution.
Reviews and approves major expenditures and resource deployments within the region.
Reporting & Data-Driven Decisions
Reviews and consolidates regional performance reports covering acquisition, retention, revenues, and program effectiveness.
Uses data and insights to guide strategic decisions and corrective actions.
Provides regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management.

3. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fiel
Minimum of 810 years experience in operations, sales, or field marketing, with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing multi-area or regional operations
Strong background in stakeholder management, negotiations, and people leadership
Willing to travel extensively and be assigned anywhere within the region
