Job Description

Summary

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for setting long-term strategies for the achievement of region's sales and profitability targets, institutionalizing control measures to manage inventory losses within the company's acceptable standards, and ensuring that operational standards are being consistently implemented across all stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales growth and profitability through targets, performance analysis, and operational strategies.
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans and ensure consistent store operations across processes, merchandise, people, and facilities.
  • Improve efficiency via cost-saving measures, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee new store openings and expansions, ensuring financial viability and budget alignment.
  • Champion customer-centric culture with region-wide service initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store and operations managers in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Retail, Operations, or related; Master's preferred.
  • Proven multi-store/regional retail operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to drive process improvements, standardization across stores, manage roll-outs, and ensure consistent application.
