Job Responsibilities
- Have complete game development experience; responsible for characters modeling and texturing;
- Experienced in art outsourcing management, able to review and modify outsourcing resources and good at outsourcing team training;
- Guarantee that the 3D characters resources are produced according to specifications and have a unified style,
- and ensure that the resources can run smoothly with optimized performance when uploaded to the engine.
Job Requirements:
- A good eye for detail, silhouettes and composition
- Have solid drawing skills, strong aesthetic and modeling skills, good cognition of colors, and be familiar with the anatomical structure of humans and animals
- Familiar with 3DMAX, Zbrush,Blender Photoshop, Marvelous Designer SP and related software for
character modeling, uv splitting and high-quality texture drawing;
- Familiar with realistic-style character and prop production, and have the ability to control
art style and game screens, and have strong independent creativity;
- Strong modeling skills (from low poly to high poly modelling, UV's)
- Knowledgeable with Arnold, and X-gen ,
- Versatility across different art styles and genres
- Passion for game industry, have lasting enthusiasm and initiative.
- Knowledgeable with Arnold, and X-gen ,
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for improving workflow efficiency in 3D content production.
- 3+ years of experience in the video game industry or similar field is a plus.
- At least one shipped title (AAA or equivalent experience preferred)is a plus.
