Job Description

A Regional Operations Head (or Manager) leads and oversees daily branch operations activities across multiple locations in a Central Luzon, focusing on efficiency, achieving goals, managing budgets, developing staff (like site managers), and ensuring company policies are followed. They act as a bridge between headquarters and local teams, implementing strategy and driving performance for operational excellence in their region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth workflows, and implementing operational strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Hiring, training, developing, and managing site managers and their teams.
  • Performance & Goals: Ensuring regional performance aligns with business objectives and company goals.
  • Budget & Finance: Managing regional budgets and optimizing costs for efficiency.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensuring all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Strategic Alignment: Creating synergy between HQ initiatives and regional execution, sometimes involving supply chain or tech integration.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or retail banking role handling multiple branchs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in using banking software and technology, with a good understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements
