Regional Leasing Manager (Cebu City)

The Regional Leasing Manager shall manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the malls under her area of responsibility. This individual will plan and implement various strategies to bring in new retail tenants and concepts. The incumbent is expected to maintain positive tenant relationships to promote maximum occupancy of the mall properties, prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability of all malls under his/her supervision.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.

Experience Requirement:

• 10 years of experience in business development, property leasing, tenant management, sales and marketing and/or brand management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills which, will be useful in dealing with associates, clients, and customers;
• Possess a high level of organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively; Focused and very detail-oriented;
• Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contacts will be extremely helpful;
