Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for the position of Regional Head - Mindanao.

The Regional Head Mindanao will oversee operational functions for the implementation of our electric vehicles and transition program, manage regional business strategies, and ensure smooth coordination between team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include implementing the rollout of our electric vehicles and transition program, identifying opportunities to optimize operations, and recruiting Associates in Mindanao.

Qualifications

- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to oversee diverse teams and multiple projects

- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities to drive operational excellence across the Mindanao region

- Proficiency in business development, project management, and stakeholder coordination

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to implement solutions effectively and efficiently

- Familiarity with the automotive or transportation industry is a plus

- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement within Mindanao

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
