A fast-growing travel and mobility company is hiring a Regional General Manager to lead its APAC + ANZ operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional performance across gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS).
- Lead strategic planning and execution aligned with global growth goals.
- Oversee revenue operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 510 years of experience with regional P&L ownership.
- Proven leadership in travel, mobility, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in reporting tools is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours within the APAC time zone, with availability for cross-time zone collaboration with HQ in Portugal.
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati City from Mondays to Thursday and remote on Fridays.
