The position is primarily responsible for conducting initial assessments for the construction, renovation, and maintenance of pawnshop branches. The position also involves monitoring project progress and status in accordance with quality standards, schedule, and approved budget.
Responsibilities
- Conducts site inspections for all upcoming, ongoing, and renovation projects of pawnshop branches within the assigned region.
- Plans and oversees the delivery of essential office and facility services, including construction, renovation, repairs, maintenance, sanitation, communications, and records management.
- Assigns and schedules tasks for Maintenance Staff and closely monitors project progress and completion.
- Prepares and submits regular reports on project status and branch premises inspections.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related engineering course. PRC license is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Must have strong project management skills.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Pagadian City, Zamboanga, and able to travel as needed.
