Position Summary
PCCD is in control of calculating and monitoring of quantity and costing of agreed project budget per project.
Control of Approved Project Budget
- Validation of cost-related request items (i.e. if within budget, etc.)
- Recording and monitoring of project expenses and savings (including overhead)
- Re-alignment of project cost as may be required.
- Projection of project cost at completion and savings
Issuance of Payment Certificate to Supplier / Subcontractor
- Check completeness of all attachments required.
- Scrutiny of cost related documents, to ensure that the same is valid to the item/s being billed.
- Preparation and issuance of Certificate of Payment.
Preparation of Variation Orders
- Coordinates with Project Management Team (PMT) in order to identify possible variation orders.
- Review of available resources (e.g. drawings, specifications, RFI, etc.) for the preparation of variation order/s.
- Preparation and submission of detailed cost estimate and other related attachments.
- Facilitates reconciliation and approval of variation orders.
Report Generation
- Generation of accurate monthly cost report and analysis in a consistent and standard format.
- Control and Safekeeping of Cost Related Documents
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- Background with Cost Analysis, Cost Estimation, Billing Processes, Budget Management
- Willing to be assigned in Futura Homes Zamboanga, Zambowood, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur
- Can start as soon as possible
