Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for managing corporate accounts and driving sales performance within assigned territories. This role focuses on corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and execution of sales programs to achieve revenue targets and strengthen SMDC's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Account Development: Identify, onboard, and manage corporate clients; implement segmentation strategies for tailored engagement.
Sales Execution & Performance Management: Set and monitor corporate sales targets; track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback; optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS).
Relationship Management & Engagement: Build trust and loyalty through consistent
communication and support; develop incentive programs and exclusive offerings for corporate partners.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption; troubleshoot issues related to onboarding, documentation, commissions, and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support corporate campaigns and activations.
Requirements:
Experience in corporate sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and deliver results under aggressive timelines.
Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
