Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing corporate sales
strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with national and regional
corporations. This role focuses on building strategic alliances, managing corporate accounts,
and leading a team of Corporate Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and expand SMDC's
market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement corporate sales plans
- targeting national and regional accounts; align initiatives with regional objectives and
- overall company goals; leverage SM Ecosystem and partnerships with top corporations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage Corporate Sales Managers; provide
- coaching, mentorship, and capability-building programs.
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships
- with corporate clients; negotiate and structure corporate deals that are competitive yet
- profitable; develop loyalty programs and exclusive offerings.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set corporate sales targets and monitor
- achievement; prepare regular performance reports and forecasts; ensure compliance
- with booking principles and CRM adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Project
- Development teams to support corporate campaigns and activations; coordinate with
- Buyer Activation Managers for corporate events and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate sales leadership, preferably in real estate or related

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under aggressive timelines.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
