Job Description

JOB MAIN PURPOSE

Provide assist to the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams across the Region in their transactional and recurring day-to-day tasks on code compliance matters, within and across organizational boundaries. The jobholder will assess the respective tasks originated by the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams in Bayer legal entities in the Region and thus protect the assets and reputation of Bayer and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Region.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams across the Region on general, recurring questions in the area of Code Compliance, Industry Code Applicability, Interaction with HealthCare Professionals, HealthCare Organizations and Patient Organizations, including advice on the correct interpretation of LPC related Bayer policies.
  • Support the Effectiveness Monitoring for the code compliance risk area
  • Provide Code Compliance and Anticorruption consultancy for operational handling,
  • Support the roll out and participation in LPC driven web based trainings, support LPC driven communication campaigns and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPC
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
  • Lead initiatives for process development in the area of code compliance.

WHO YOU ARE

Education:

  • Academic degree English language on native speaking or comparable level; minimum fluent (oral and written) in one other language of the Region

Skill / experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years professional experience after graduation
  • Very good communication and training skills, also vis--vis non-lawyers
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven and passionate about learning, ready to be a key contributor in a global set up
  • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Good understanding of foreign cultures, ideally proven by time spent abroad
  • Experience in the Pharma industry desirable
  • Knowledge on anti-corruption laws and Codes relevant to the health care industry helpful
  • Willingngess to develop in the area of Compliance or Pharma Law
  • Leadership experience, especially in stakeholder management, Project management and the ability to lead initiatives for process development
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge in handling of management tools
