Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be based in Visayas and will focus on identifying potential clients and promoting our GIS-based IT and billing solutions to utility companies, particularly water districts, across the Visayas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the assigned Visayas territory by identifying and engaging potential utility clients, particularly water utilities.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target potential clients in the Area of Responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell our GIS-based billing system to potential clients and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the product and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales pitches, and presentations specifically tailored to utility districts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments specific to water districts.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve the product.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, geography or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of GIS technology and its applications in the billing system, specifically for water districts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research and analysis specifically for utility districts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospects and potentials clients across the Islands of Visayas.
