This is a full-time, on-site position located in Metro Manila for a Regional Broker Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and expanding relationships with brokers and stakeholders, driving sales growth in the region, conducting client and broker training sessions, and overseeing daily operations to meet and exceed sales targets. The manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure satisfaction through hands-on customer service. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support team development and business objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Brokerage, Sales, and Real Estate to drive regional business growth
  • Skills in Customer Service and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients
  • Experience in Training brokers and teams to promote professional development and enhance sales capabilities
  • Strong leadership abilities and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proficiency in industry trends and market analysis
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
