Recruitment Team Lead

We're looking for a results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to drive team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal for someone with a background in call center operations, telemarketing, or phone-based sales, this role combines leadership and hands-on execution, managing the team while actively supporting recruitment activities, converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled research sessions through calls, SMS, email, and CRM tools.

Location & Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Aurora, Cubao, Quezon City; 5 days/week (shifting schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 46 recruiters
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive lead conversion performance
• Oversee outbound communication (calls, SMS, email) and handle escalations
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team huddles
• Ensure accurate CRM usage, reporting, and lead tracking

Requirements:

• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• 2+ years in telemarketing, call center, phone sales, or customer service
• Strong sales mindset and KPI-driven approach
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho is a plus)
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in Tagalog and English
