Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various online recruitment channels and job portals
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and evaluate candidates based on approved manpower requests
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
- Administer pre-employment assessments and ensure accurate documentation of results
- Collaborate with the TA Lead, Supervisor, Manager, and hiring stakeholders to align expectations and recommend improvements that enhance hiring efficiency and quality
- Prepare and submit daily status updates on assigned hiring requests
- Promote employee referral initiatives and support internal branding efforts to increase candidate volume and awareness
- Proactively communicate recruitment concerns and coordinate closely with the HR team regarding job offers, pre-employment requirements, and background verification
- Improve overall candidate experience by gathering feedback and monitoring survey results
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned recruitment KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a comparable role
- Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is highly preferred
- Background in support or non-agent roles is an advantage
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employer branding practices
- Hands-on experience posting vacancies across social media and digital platforms
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing systems
- Strong analytical abilities with adequate reporting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to effectively use HR systems and recruitment-related tools
- Skilled in identifying recruitment challenges and process gaps
- Capable of making timely and sound hiring decisions
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Willing to be assigned across multiple locations (Taguig, Pasig, and Quezon City)
