Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Able to work 100% onsite at our Bridgetowne site
  • BPO experience in sourcing, volume hiring, and phone screening is a must
  • Able to build rapport and confidently engage with both candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Highly detail-minded with a proactive approach to onboarding and compliance

Job Description:

  • Manages end-to-end hiring for volume/agent hiring
  • Ensures that proper tracking of candidates and sources in ATS
  • Monitor candidate onboarding
  • Maintain candidate database and other related reports
