Job Description

At The 360 Companies, we provide focused staffing solutions through our specialized brands. We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will support our internal recruitment team in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM 3:00 PM)

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that all hiring requirements are completed efficiently and within timelines. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including screening and interviewing.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both volume and corporate hiring needs
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the next steps in the hiring process
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers and provide updates on the status of open positions
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and present job offers and employment contracts when needed
  • Ensure all critical pre-employment requirements are completed prior to onboarding
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and serve as a backup to the HR when necessary
  • Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities to strengthen the company's reputation and candidate pipeline
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using the applicant tracking system and other tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including active and passive sourcing
  • Experience in volume hiring and exposure to corporate or professional roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and professional interviewing skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability in meeting hiring targets
  • Willingness to work onsite and adjust schedules when necessary
