About the Rol

eWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage hiring activities for our supermarket operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support our growing workforce, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and operational roles (cashiers, merchandiser, back end, supervisors, et
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, tie up with LGU and organization and other channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews and assessment
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-volume hiring
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct job offers, salary negotiations, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboard
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns (job fairs, campus hiring, etc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, supermarket or high-volume hiring
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms
