Job Description

Location: Remote - WFH

Client Hours: 40 hrs per week. - 9am -5.30pm AEST

Region: Sydney, Australia

Monthly Salary: 50k-56K php Quarterly Bonus + Paid Leave Allowance + Paid Aus Public Holidays + Career Progression

Contract: Independent Contractor - Ongoing

Job Brief

Remotee is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to work directly for us and help manage the full recruitment lifecycle for client roles, from understanding the brief through to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, candidate presentation, and coordinating successful hires.This role is for a highly organised, commercially aware recruiter who confidently presents candidates to clients and works across multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, remote staffing environment.

Mandatory Requirement

  • 4+ years recruitment experience, ideally in offshore staffing, agency recruitment, BPO, or remote hiring.
  • Proven experience presenting candidates to clients or hiring managers.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems such as Manatal, Zoho Recruit, JobAdder, Bullhorn, or similar.
  • Ability to prepare candidate summaries, shortlists, and client-ready recruitment updates.
  • Experience conducting salary benchmarking, market mapping, and providing hiring market insights.
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accurate data management.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand new roles, industries, and client requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for offshore and remote staffing roles.
  • Take detailed job briefs from internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess experience, communication skills, availability, salary expectations, and role fit.
  • Prepare professional candidate profiles, shortlists, and client-facing summaries.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with clear rationale and role-fit commentary.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights to support client hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms such as Manatal, Zoho Recruit, JobAdder, or similar systems.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and recruitment progress.
  • Support offer management, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
