Role Description

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for BPO clients. Must be resourceful, proactive, and able to fill roles fast using any channel that works.

Qualifications

  • Post job ads and headhunt top talent across LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, and Facebook.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, culture fit, and communication.
  • Present the best candidates to clients and coordinate their interviews.
  • Manage candidates through every stage from first interview to job offer.
  • Track hiring metrics and keep the candidate database organized and up to date.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years recruitment/talent acquisition experience

BPO recruitment experience strongly preferred

Proven track record of filling roles

Expert in Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet

Excellent English communication

Resourceful - finds candidates however needed

Can work fast under pressure

NICE TO HAVE:

LinkedIn Recruiter experience

Experience with ATS/recruitment software

Volume hiring experience
