Process manpower requisitions from the hiring managers
Facilitate posting and sourcing on job portals and social media accounts to connect with prospective candidates who are shortlisted or qualified for the position
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for endorsement and schedule of interviews
Conduct character and background checks on qualified candidates
Create visually pleasing job ads using Canva
Posting of relevant short-form videos on Facebook and Tiktok
Qualifications
Candidate must be a Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
At least 6 months of working experience in Recruitment
With sourcing experience using social media and other job portals
Can do end-to-end recruitment process
Knowledgeable in using Canva
Experience in the creation of short-form videos is a plus
Willing to be assigned at Tektite Towers Bldg., Ortigas Center, Pasig City
