Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and job offer negotiation.
-Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical and back-office roles.
-Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
-Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other networks.
-Conduct initial screenings, behavioral interviews, and technical assessments where applicable.
-Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Collaborate with HR and management to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-23 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within technical services, IT, engineering, or back-office operations.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
-Willing to be assigned in Pasay
