Job Summary
The Recruiter for Non-Agent / Support Roles is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of professional and operational support positions across BPO, healthcare, and insurance accounts. This role partners with business leaders to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality hires that support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-agent roles across BPO, healthcare, and insurance programs
- Hire for roles such as Team Leaders, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, , Finance, Clinical Support, Utilization Review, Claims, Provider Relations, Compliance, and Operations Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and service-level timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Job Street, referrals, healthcare networks, and professional platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments
- Coordinate panel interviews and hiring approvals
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in the ATS
- Track and report recruitment hiring updates
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives for hard-to-fill support roles
- Partner with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition from offer to hire
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 24 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO, healthcare, or insurance environments
- Experience hiring non-agent or professional roles is required
- Knowledge of healthcare and insurance roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment sourcing tools
