Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Global Insurance firm in their search for a Recruitment Specialist based in BGC, Taguig.

Salary Range: Open

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Taguig City

The role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join the growing team in the insurance and brokerage industry. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding manpower needs to successfully onboarding top talent across corporate, operations, and sales functions.

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to attract qualified professionals who fit both the role and the company culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles within insurance and brokerage functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and facilitating the final selection process.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks) to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates experience, skills, and fit for the role and organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles, ensuring timely hiring and minimal position vacancy.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to support hiring strategy improvements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to the insurance and brokerage sector.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 35 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or brokerage industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, passive sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
