3.Formulateandimplementlocalrecruitmentstrategiesbasedonbusinessneeds,ensuringtimelyresponsetoeachdepartment'shiringrequirements;
4.Participateinemployerbrandbuildingtoenhancethecompany'sattractivenessinthePhilippinejobmarket;
5.AssistwithnewhireonboardingandbasicHRcoordination;
6.Continuouslyoptimizerecruitmentprocessestoimprovehiringefficiencyandcandidateexperience;
7.CollaboratecloselywiththeChinaheadquartersandlocalteamstoensurealignmentbetweenrecruitmentgoalsandbusinessdevelopment.
Qualifications
1.Atleast2yearsofexpatriateorlong-termresidenceexperienceinthePhilippines,withasolidunderstandingoflocallaborlaws,governmentprocedures,andculture;
2.Experienceine-commerce,furniture,orBPOindustriesispreferred;
3.ExtensiveexperienceinrecruitingCustomerServiceRepresentativesandB2B/B2Csalesispreferred.
4.Familiarwiththeentirerecruitmentprocess,withtheabilitytomanagemultiplepositionsanddepartmentssimultaneously;
5.EnglishorChinesecanbeusedasworkinglanguages;
6.FamiliarwithmajorrecruitmentplatformssuchasLinkedIn,Indeed,andFoundit;
7.Stronginterpersonalandcross-culturalcollaborationskills;
8.Highlyresponsible,self-motivated,andabletoworkindependentlywhileachievingtargetsefficiently.
