As a Recruitment Specialist, you are the primary matchmaker for our company. Your mission is to find, attract, and hire the best talent to fuel our growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from the first job posting to the final offer—ensuring that every candidate has a professional and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to proactively find passive candidates who aren't actively looking but are a perfect fit.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting them to hiring managers.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to department heads. Help them define job requirements, set realistic timelines, and provide feedback on the local talent market.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the face of the company. Ensure every applicant receives timely updates and feels valued throughout their interview journey.
- ATS Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) 100% up-to-date to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth handoff once a candidate signs their offer, setting them up for a great first day.
