Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire hiring process from advertising roles to closing hires.
  • Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find passive candidates, and screening resumes to create shortlists.
  • Conducting initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Processing hiring paperwork, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation.
  • Tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and social media tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for candidate outreach and offer discussions.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and fair employment practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Specialist, or similar role.
