Job Description
Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate has experience in bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates to meet hiring targets and handling stakeholders. Must be willing to work in hybrid and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
Qualification
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- BPO recruitment experience is an advantage
- Experience in client management
- Experience in bulk hiring/high-volume recruitment
- Strong communication and candidate management skill
- Amenable to work 100% onsite and okay to hybrid set-up.
