Recruitment Specialist (Healthcare Account)

Role Summary:

The Healthcare Recruiter (Multiple Headcount available) will handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer support. The role will work closely with US hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines in a fast-paced RPO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Assess candidates qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and US hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentials.
• Prepare candidate submissions and interview feedback.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide recruitment updates and pipeline reports.
• Participate in client calls and recruitment meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 6mos - 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience required.
• Experience recruiting clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles preferred.
• RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Knowledge of US healthcare licensing and credentialing.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Willing to work night shift aligned with US business hours.

Location: UP Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City – Onsite for first 6 months, hybrid thereafter
