Salary Range: $693 to $866 per month

Join our dynamic staffing firm connecting companies in the U.S. with top talent from overseas. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, interviewing, and shortlisting strong candidates for a variety of open positions.

What You'll Do:

• Review applications from our pool of international candidates.
• Take detailed notes on applicant qualifications, experience, and potential fit.
• Conduct interviews with promising candidates to assess their skills, communication, and suitability.
• Shortlist top candidates for current open positions based on a thorough evaluation process.
• Maintain clear and accurate candidate notes in the company's CRM.

Who You'll Work With:

Be part of a growing recruitment team focused on helping U.S. companies hire skilled overseas employees. You'll work independently while also collaborating with the team to make sure candidates are properly reviewed, interviewed, and matched to the right roles.

Who We're Looking For:

• Engaging Communicator: Naturally connects with people and can assess their fit for different roles.
• Outgoing and Personable: Builds trust easily so applicants feel comfortable opening up.
• Detail-Oriented: Accurately captures candidate details and matches applicants to organizational needs.
• Strong Writing Skills: Writes clear, professional candidate notes during interviews in the company's CRM.
• People-Focused Experience: Experience in roles where frequent conversation was key, including asking questions, explaining information, and engaging comfortably with new people throughout the day. This could come from customer service, sales, or similar people-focused roles.
• Nice to Have: Team Lead, SME, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Adaptive and Open-Minded: Understands the different needs of each position and can evaluate candidates accordingly.
