We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle for our rapidly expanding base of U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role is pivotal in identifying and onboarding top-tier Virtual Assistants (VAs) who possess the specialized blend of empathy, precision, and clinical/administrative professionalism required for remote healthcare support. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about solving complex talent needs, this role offers high impact and visibility.
Specialized Sourcing: Strategically source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of virtual roles supporting medical and dental practices (e.g., insurance verification, medical billing support, patient intake, prior authorization).
Aptitude Assessment: Conduct structured, behavioral interviews focusing on critical competencies, including: communication clarity, technical fluency, familiarity with healthcare workflows/terminology, and HIPAA compliance readiness.
Candidate Briefing: Expertly brief candidates on client-specific expectations, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and remote work monitoring tools like RemoteDesk.
Client Collaboration: Work in close partnership with client-facing and account management teams to deeply understand unique role requirements and effectively match candidates to specific client cultures and technical stacks.
Pipeline Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to maintain accurate, robust, and compliant candidate pipelines, ensuring speed and accuracy across all requisitions.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, onboarding materials, and candidate experience workflows.
Industry Experience (Mandatory): Proven experience recruiting for healthcare roles, Virtual Assistants, or BPO/RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) positions is highly preferred.
Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of healthcare workflows, medical/dental terminology, and remote work dynamics is essential.
Technical Fluency: Comfort and proficiency using recruitment platforms, video conferencing tools, and productivity software (ATS/CRM).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior candidate engagement abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and prioritize tasks with speed and accuracy.
A strategic mindset focused on proactively anticipating talent needs rather than reactively filling positions.
At Curran Daly + Associates, we strongly believe that specialization provides greater reliability and accuracy when recommending candidates, as well as enhancing the quality and speed of service provided to clients and job-seekers.
