Job Overview
Support the growth of the Academic Services team by leading onboarding processes for newly hired parttime tutors. As a Junior Lead Tutor Onboarding & Quality Support Specialist, you will manage your own onboarding caseload while also guiding the onboarding team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational ability, documentation accuracy, and comfort working in a fastpaced environment while aligning with program requirements.
Salary
- Php 23,000 monthly(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new parttime tutors, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Support onboarding team members with daytoday guidance to ensure consistency and quality across procedures.
- Audit and crosscheck documentation for accuracy and compliance with program standards.
- Track onboarding progress using Google Workspace tools and maintain organized digital records.
- Balance multiple onboarding priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth information flow and compliance with onboarding requirements.
Work Schedule
Ideal Candidate
- Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Required: Experience in onboarding, HR, compliance, operations, administrative support, or a related field.
- Required: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to audit and maintain accurate documentation.
- Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain quality in a fastpaced environment.
- Required: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs) for tracking and recordkeeping.
- Preferred: Experience supporting teams or providing guidance in a processdriven environment.
